In 2005, VICOR was
appointed to the Accredited Standards Committee
x9 as a voting member. Its mission is to develop,
establish, maintain, and promote standards for
the Financial Services Industry in order to facilitate
delivery of financial services and products. ASC
X9 operates 5 technical subcommittees and 20-to-30
technical working groups that develop financial
industry technical standards and guidelines. |
Members
of VICOR's senior management team belong to the
Association for Financial Professionals. AFP is
a global resource and advocate for the finance
profession. It provides products, education and
training for treasury and corporate finance. AFP
also hosts an annual conference, the largest meeting
of corporate treasury and finance professionals
in the United States. VICOR has been exhibiting
at the conference for several years. |
VICOR is a long-standing
affiliate member of The Association for Work Process
Improvement. Its mission is to enhance the performance
of organizations and strengthen the value of professionals
that employ emerging technologies in mail, remittance,
document and forms processing. TAWPI's annual
conference addresses improvement strategies for
information capture and management. VICOR is an
exhibitor at the annual event. |

consulting firm with clients from major financial
institutions, technology providers, industry consortia,
payment processors and other stakeholders in the
payments industry. Global Concepts hosts numerous
forums for senior managers who want to discuss
the latest industry information and trends. VICOR
regularly attends the Payments Forum. |
FSTC is a consortium
of leading North America-based financial institutions,
technology vendors, independent research organizations,
and government agencies. It brings forward, tests,
proves, and validates the next generation of critical
financial services technologies. FSTC critically
compares new technologies, validates new specifications
and proves or prototypes new infrastructures.
