VICOR's Receivables Information Delivery System (RIDS) is a suite of image-based, client-server products for capturing wholesale, retail and scannables lockbox remittance information. Designed for operations that process from 50,000 transactions per month to multiple millions of transactions a month, RIDS can support an operation's processing needs at a single site or in a regional or national configuration. RIDS enables processors to consolidate paper-based transactions with electronic payments such as ACH, EDI, credit card and wire, providing customers with a single point of access to all their lockbox data. VICOR’s products provide the optimal solutions for today’s complex processing requirements, with a transition path to incorporate evolving electronic payment processing requirements when ready.
