RIDS Publishing

RIDS Publishing, a fully scalable and automated solution, provides processors with valuable multi-media output functionality while leveraging their current platform and preserving legacy investments. RIDS Publishing eliminates the need to convert existing lockboxes or build new internal bank system interfaces, and allows processors to utilize their existing system to execute the initial steps in the workflow, such as check image and check data capture. The RIDS Publishing engine then intercepts the legacy-captured data for further processing. RIDS Publishing merges the legacy-captured data with supplemental documents that have been imaged and data captured on RIDS Publishing, and prepares the combined data for the new multi-media outputs. With highly automated and flexible publishing schedules, RIDS Publishing options are configurable by lockbox and include delivery of data and images via the Internet, CD-ROM, DVD, BAI transmission, fax, and printed reports.

RIDS Publishing allows processors to take advantage of other optional RIDS modules, such as:

• Robot Keying – automates the labor intensive and error prone task of manually entering invoice/remittance information from multiple document types. Robot Keying enables processors to reduce manual keystrokes and increase data entry capacity without adding FTE.
• Consolidated Receivables – gives customers a single point of access to payment data. Data is consolidated across multiple payment types (paper or electronic), multiple sites and multiple lockboxes.
