Receivable Information Delivery System (RIDS™)

The company’s flagship product, RIDS, is an end-to-end image-based lockbox and remittance system that delivers wholesale, retail, and scannable payment processing functionality on one platform. The system includes automated data entry functions, electronic and paper payment integration, consolidated transaction reporting, rich multi-media output, remote capture options, image quality and usability analysis and remote keying. With numerous selectable modules and a flexible, scalable design, RIDS is designed to serve both current and future business needs.

Distributed Capture

VICOR's Distributed Capture solution allows capture of checks and associated documents near the source of origination so regional customer requirements are met, float sensitivities are minimized, and processing time is quicker. With minimal or no hardware required, the solution permits image capture of checks and remittance documents in corporate customer offices or remote locations for distribution to a central operational site for further processing. Designed with Check 21 in mind, Distributed Capture allows corporate customers to rapidly implement the solution and begin capturing payments in their environment without mailing transactions to a lockbox address.

Healthcare Receivables Solution

The VICOR Healthcare Receivables Solution is a remittance processing system, targeted to banks for their healthcare provider clients, that efficiently handles paper and electronic payments. It enables providers to speed the receivables posting process and improve cash flow by reducing clerical involve- ment through automation, minimizing administration costs associated with healthcare payment processing while maximizing provider claim payment revenue and decreasing days receivable.
